These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BrainLingo app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses an emailed one-time code.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or its content.
3. Subscriptions & billing
BrainLingo Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription(weekly, monthly, or yearly).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store (or Google Play) account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any free trial's unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
- Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content except as expressly allowed.
5. User content & recordings
The app can record a watermarked video of your own quiz playthrough on your device for you to save or share. You are responsible for how you use and share anything you create.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by BrainLingo or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainLingo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
